  • What does a typically session look like?

    Sessions types are either Solo or Group

    • Solo
      • Typically 45-60 minuets
      • Some of the tool and equipment used are things like Tuning Forks, Signing Bowls, Gongs, Speakers and much more
      • Sessions can be done laying down or sitting up
      • Eyes closed or open
      • Guided or Individualized
      • Talking/Processes
    • Group
      • Typically 45-90 minuets
      • Location of your choice
      • Some of the tool and equipment used are things like Tuning Forks, Signing Bowls, Gongs, Speakers and much more
      • Sessions can be done laying down or sitting up
      • Eyes closed or open
